The 48" Sabian Chinese Gong (aka chau gong) is impressive. Its endless nuances and harmonic combinations is like that of an orchestra. The bass has great power and great warmth. As with the 52" Chinese Gong the 48" is felt as much as it's heard. Both sizes have the power to touch and heal our mind and body.

The 48" produces amazing dynamics, long-sustained overtones and a strong fundamental. It's wonderful when played softly. It's grand when played loudly.

As with all of our large chau gongs, the 48" is amazing for performances, meditation, gong baths, drum circles, symphonies, sales rooms, decoration & more!
