Description: The LP Folding Bar Chimes has a hinge in the center, which allows you to fold the chimes and gives you the option of having a double row or a longer single row of beautiful chimes

When playing runs in the single row position these chime have the unique effect of going from high to low to high.

The 50-bar chime may be opened up for a traditional straight-across whisk, of hand or beater, for a shimmering glissando. The exclusive and interesting aspect is the hinged design, which permits the chime to be folded into a double-row chime. This allows for additional playing techniques and ringing tonalities!
