Purchasing Online with a Credit Card

When you purchase online all of your credit card information is encrypted. Only you, your credit card company and the credit card processing company (PayPal) are privy to your credit card information. Artdrum.com doesn't even have access to it. When you order online the only information which is given to Artdrum is your name, address, email, phone number (and only if you provide it) and the product(s) which you ordered. We keep this information private always. We use it only to contact you concerning your order or information relevant to your order, drumming or music. Once a quarter or so we may have specials and as a courtesy we might update you so you. If at any time you don't want to receive emails from us, just email us with "Remove from email list" in the subject line.

Purchasing Over the Phone with a Credit Card

When you purchase with a credit card over the phone all your information is kept private and protected. We never store your financial information on a computer, electronic or digital device. Further, if you want your financial information to be erased and not retained in any way by Artdrum, then just let us know. Greg, the owner of Artdrum.com, is the only one who takes and processes orders anyway. And it is very easy to tell him what you want or don't want. And he'll do it for you.

Emailing and Calling Artdrum

When you email or call us, we will never sell or rent your information to anyone. Many if not most stores create emailing and mailing lists from everyone that contacts them. We do not do that. In most cases, if a potential customer contacts us and we reply and they do not communicate back, then we do not even save the potential customers information. Our purpose is to help you, not to bother you.
