International Shipping Details

• USPS's International Shipping Size Chart - U.S. Postal Services size limitations for shipping overseas                                

• Most international orders are typically delivered in 3 - 7 business days; Canada and Mexico delivery time is typically 2 - 4 business days; Hong Kong is typically 3 - 5 business days

• When shipping internationally there is a $5  handling/processing fee per package. For any package that require extra packaging material and/or extra time packing in order to make the package safe for international shipping or make the shipping rate from a carrier less expensive, such as by making a box smaller, there could be an additional packaging fee of $5 - $12.

• When shipping internationally there may be a 5% international fee added to the carrier's shipping rate.  For example, if the carrier's rate is $100 there may be a $5 fee.

Customs' Duties and Taxes

The recipient is responsible for any Customs' duties and taxes.

International Shipping Insurance & Returns

• Most international shipments are insured.  However, for insurance details please inquire at time of your order or prior to shipping.   Some insurance covers the cost of the item(s), but not the cost of shipping.  And some insurance covers the cost of the items and shipping.

• If anything arrives damaged or is lost during delivery and insurance was purchased, contact us immediately 

• Please note: The recipient is responsible for providing any necessary information about the damage, including photos if required for the insurance claim.  Also, in some cases, such as with USPS shipping, the recipient is responsible for filing a "Damage Report" at the local post office or shipping company, which delivered the package. 

• Due to United States' taxes & tariffs all international shipments are final & thus, there are no returns for international shipments, unless agreed upon by Artdrum & the customer prior to purchase.
