International Shipping Size Chart - Size limitations for shipping overseas
International orders are typically delivered in 7 - 14 days & as fast as 3 - 7 days.
Shipping overseas or outside the continental U.S. is insured and guaranteed.
There may be a 3.3% international credit fee that may be added to your total order. For example, if your total order is $150 ($100 for your instrument + $50 for shipping), then their may be a fee of $4.95 (3.3% of $150 USD).
When shipping internationally there may be a $5 to $10 packaging & handling fee per package. The handling fee covers the cost for packaging material, fuel costs (when applicable) and some of the time required to inspect and re-package the items.

All international shipments are insured.
Insurance covers your total purchase cost and all shipping expenses.
If anything arrives damaged or is lost during delivery the insurance will be activated.
Due to United States' taxes & tariffs all international shipments are final & thus, there are no returns for international shipments, unless agreed upon by Artdrum & the customer prior to purchase.
