Finish: The 40th Anniversary conga has an special finish: blond wood with well defined grain that fades gradually to a reddish-amber hue and then to a darker red hue at base of the drum. LP's 40th Anniversary Logo is also inset into each drum with an innovative inlay process that is sealed with a luxurious lacquer finish. The logo’s so-called arms that are reaching out from circle symbolize LP’s quest for innovation and sonic excellence.
