Fits: All 7-1/4" LP Bongo shells, including the LP Series & Matador Series wood & fiberglass Bongos. Also, usually works with non-LP bongo shells that have a 7 or 7-1/4" diameter shell.

Description: This is the replacement/original rim for the LP Valje & Johnny "Dandy" Rodgriguez Bongo. The curved ears on these Traditional Rims adds an additional element of grace. These ears are are slight variation to the original LP Traditional Rims (aka Cuban style rims). This rims is the replacement rim for the shell (7 1/4") shell on the LP Valje and LP Johnny Dandy Rodriquez Bongos. If you want the curved ear look they can also be used on other LP & non-LP bongos with 7-1/4" LP bongo shells. Traditional Rims are lighter than LP CC II rims. They are also strong & durable.
