Description: The 30" Paiste Brilliant Symphonic Gong (Tam Tam) produces a strong and clear bass (even at soft volumes), plus beautiful, harmonizing overtones with expressive dynamics.  It is sensitive, responds quickly and has amazing sustain. It is most soothing when played at soft to medium volumes and is wonderful for sound baths, sound meditation and music therapy.  Plus, it's great within a gong or percussion set-up, band or symphony.  As a general rule, the larger the symphonic gong the lower the bass tone.
