Description: The 38" Earth Gong is hand hammered by Paiste's master gong artisans and it's fundamental frequency is tuned to C# (68.05 Hz). It is a premium quality instrument that is effective for sound therapy, meditation, sound baths, sound messages and the like. Gracefully striking different places on the Sun gong creates beautiful tones and soothing effects. The Earth gong produces a very deep & rich bass tone. Plus, it produces high pitched overtones, long sustaining notes, many subtleties of tone & is wonderfully expressive & dynamic.
